Following on from last month’s challenge of forwarding a telephone system to Gabon in Africa, I have picked another continent to highlight – this time it’s Asia.
We have a client who specialises in the supply of process engineering and internals for produced water treatment systems, water injection systems and sand management systems.
They needed goods that are used in the oil industry to be shipped out to Rajasthan in India. The challenge here was that the goods needed extra protection during the journey.
Our solution was to specially modify the shipping crates to give the additional reinforcement they required. I am pleased to say that the goods arrived in perfect condition resulting in another satisfied customer.
